Shipping & Handling Policy
Where do we ship?
High Society Supply currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses.
We have a process time of 24 - 72 hours for all orders placed. We strive to shipped out all orders as possible. If we do not have an item (s) in stock, we will ship out orders as partial and fulfill the order once the merchandise is restocked.
High Society Supply processes orders Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. The cutoff time is 4:30 pm. We do not process orders on the weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Estimated Transit Times
The United States Postal Service (USPS) service days are Monday - Saturday. Please keep in mind APO/FPO military addresses can take 14 - 21 business days in transit.
- USPS First Class Mail: 2 - 7 business (in transit)
- USPS Priority Mail: 1 - 4 business days (in transit)
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 - 2 business days (in transit)
USPS Priority Mail Express: All orders using this option MUST be made before 12:00 pm Monday - Friday or it will be shipped out the next day. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS and NO REFUNDS will be authorized. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team.
High Society Supply purchases a delivery confirmation at our own expense. Once the order is fulfilled, we send a confirmation information with a tracking number to the customer's email. Please allow at least 24 hours before the tracking information is updated. USPS First Class can take up to 7 business days before delivered, pending on the destination.
Once the order is processed and fulfilled by our facility, the carrier is responsible for transit times. We do not guarantee delivery times and shipping is non-refundable through High Society Supply. There are certain exceptions where the delivery may be late such as weather conditions, failed delivery attempts and during major holidays. If you need additional information, please contact the carrier direct. If you feel the shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim may be filed by contacting the shipping carrier chosen.

How long does it take for package to arrive?
High Society Supply strives to ship out all orders the same day before the cutoff, as long as the item (s) are in stock. If you would like to obtain a guaranteed shipping date, please choose the appropriate shipping method.
Incorrect/Incomplete Address Submissions
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct billing and shipping addresses prior to placing the order (s). Incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted may cause delays in transit or have the order returned to sender. High Society Supply will not reship the order, until the original order is back to our facility. Customer is held responsible to pay for 15% restocking and shipping fees.
High Society Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All USPS Priority Mail is covered up to $100 of insurance. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with the selected carrier.
