Refund & Exchange Policy

We allow returns on unused/unopened merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are required to pay the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee before receiving the refund. If the order is canceled prior to shipment, the restocking fee will be waived. Once the order is received, you have 72 hours to report any missing or broken items. We have the right to to refuse returns/refunds if our policy is not followed. 

  • Please report any manufacture cosmic damage within 72 hours of the delivery date! 

Return Policy:

  • Contact High Society Supply via phone or email to request a return label. Please provide your order number for all returns/ exchanges.
  • Indicate the item (s) being returned or replaced.
  • Begin by repackaging the item (s) including all of the contents (manual, parts, accessories etc.) Please make sure everything is returned as it was sent to you in the package. Keep in mind, poor packaging of the merchandise could result in the refusal of the return. Your post office provides free packaging envelops free of charge.  
  • Ship the item (s) back to High Society Supply 
  • If refund is received, please allow up to 10 business days due to processing and per your bank. All refunds are applied to original payment method used. 

We have the right to refuse returns or exchanges if instructions are not followed. 

Due to limited quantities of merchandise, you have the option to expedite the exchange or return by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. Keep in mind this is at your cost. Once the merchandise is received by our facility, we will issue you a refund. 

*Please Note* - All items MUST be cleaned for any exchange or return. If you send the uncleaned merchandise, it will be declined for a exchange/return and returned to you at your expense.

14 Day Warranty / DOA / Wrong Item (s) Received

Most vaping products (unless specified) have an implied, industry standard 14 Day warranty against defects due to manufacture and/or failure. Please contact our customer service team within the 14 days of your delivery date, so we can better assist you. 

  • Scratches / Discoloration are considered as normal wear and tear. This is not covered by the 14 Day Warranty.

Please make sure to inspect all items received. 

Please make sure you select the appropriate items. The following items are a FINAL SALE and no returns will be authorized.

  • Opened / Unused E-Juice 

Dead on Arrival (DOA):

All dead on arrival merchandise must be reported within the 72 hour window of the delivery date.
